Purpose of a Lips Augmentation - Cheiloplasty 

Achievement of younger lips, with more volume and rounder form.

 Methods and procedures   

Temporary Lips Augmentation :

The surgeon achieves the desired volume increase through the injection of collagen or other special fillers or tissues, such as: Gore-Tex, Soft Form, Fat Transfer, or Alloderm.   

Surgical [permanent] Lips Augmentation:  

Permalip: Specifically designed Permalip silicone implants are positioned in the lips over fine incisions hidden placed inside the corners of the mouth. The Permalip implants have a consistency [softeness] which is equivalent to that of the natural lip tissue.

Vermillion Border: Fine incisions are placed along the lip margin [Vermillion border]. A thin strip of skin is removed and the lip-tissue is repositioned in a more extended position. 

Derma Implant: With the Derma Implant method, the experienced specialist uses a small strip of derma tissue, which is introduced into the lips through small incisions on the edges of the lips. 

Local Flaps Method [XY-Method]: Through special Y-shaped incisions on the inside of the lips, the lips are made rounder and more prominent without any visible scars.
