Skin Refining. Renewal and Regeneration of the facial skin. Smooth wrinkles and correct uneven pigmentation.

 Methods and procedures 

By the procedure of the Medical Peel (also called Chemical Peel): Different acids, usually fruit acids, are used in different concentrations. With the application of acids, the older top layer of the facial skin can be removed in order to free and regenerate the smooth sub-layer of skin.

 Hospital stay 

Ambulatory. The treatment takes about a quarter of an hour. Repeated sessions improve the results. 

    Recovery

Reddish skin will appear on the concerned areas, lasting for one day up to several weeks, depending on the type and concentration of the applied acid. Possibility of some skin lichens, due to the slow peeling of the top skin layer. 

    Longevity

1-2 years

    Note

Facial skin refining by Medical Peel is suitable for mild cases. Acne scars or other stronger irregularities are not corrected at all with Medical Peel.
