Some clinics and physicians send you printed
documents with general
information
and/or praise
of special surgical
methods.
It can be a serious
effort to provide the
client with the best
possible information, but
in some cases the alleged
information is merely a
thinly disguised
advertisement. Sometimes
the preferred surgical
methods are not suitable
to the individual needs of
the patient, because the
surgeon does not know the
client at all. Therefore
our specialists tend to
regard this type of
customer information
skeptically. The argument
is that each patient is a
unique individual with
unique physical and
psychological needs as
well as with particular
conceptions and desires
regarding the results of
an Aesthetic Surgery.
Therefore, dispatching
standardized documents is
frequently an unsuitable
approach. We prefer
whenever possible to
individualize our
information.
