and therefore for
the optimal outcome of any plastic surgery.
We also
say that a specialist with a real
traditional good name
will
not leave his city/country for new clients or
more money.
In high
priced countries the doctors operate by higher
prices
but
also with respectively higher operational costs
and
with respectively more expensive life costs.
So we
say there is no logic reason for a good
specialist with a good name to leave his
traditional
customers and name behind him, just like this.
