period depends on

recovery days.

final in-patient
control before
leaving for home.
Post-operative
visits, removal of
stitches
At
home the home
doctors can take
over. By the patient
who leaves before
the removal of the
stitches, our
doctors may get in touch with
the patients own
home-doctor or GP to
finalize the details
of the regular
post-operative
visits and the
removal of the
stitches.
Alcohol,
Nicotine and
Pain-relievers
(other
than prescribed by
the specialist) are
to be avoided also
during the first 30
days after the
surgery.
Balance
the loss of liquids
and minerals
during the first few weeks after a plastic surgery, but
especially during
the summer period
and after
liposuction, tummy
tuck, breast
reduction it is
important to drink
much mineral water
in order to balance
out the loss of
tissue-liquids and
minerals of the
body.
Protect
from summer-heat and
sun-rays + avoid
physical affords
During the first days after operation you should not expose to
the direct summer
heat and don't
undergo any physical
affords. Scar tissue
and/or laser treated
areas should be
carefully protected
from the sun- and
UV-rays for several
months, to avoid
possible changes in
the tissue
pigmentation, to
assure the optimal
healing and
un-visible scars.
Massages, scar
massages and manual
drainage
The application of post-operative manual
lymph-drainages and
massages may be
recommended. The
patient is taught
the correct method
of special massages
for the minimization
of post-surgical
scars (especially
after a face lift)
as well as other
possible treatments,
depending on his
needs.
Wound healing creme
After operation the patient will be given
specific high
quality medical
ointment , which
actively improves
the healing process
and help prevent
possible scar
irritation,
infection or scar
tissue hardening.
Treatment-specific
notes:
After
blepharoplasty
Due to swellings
reduced
sight-ability during
the first few days
after the treatment.
The stay with a
companion is
recommended for the
first 1-2 days after
the treatment.

liposuction
Drink more mineral
